Club Penguin has released a new log off screen. Operation Blackout chapter 5 will being released about 24 hours for now and the date on November 22nd. It reads below:

New Herbert Meetups English And German Servers

Federflink1 on the German Club Penguin posted some new Herbert meetups and Polo Filed did the same but in English Club Penguin Blog!

In the German servers, the meetups are: (subtract nine hours for the PST time)

*Thursday 22, November at 16:30 clock Central European Time - Server Handschuhe

*Friday 23, November at 17:15 clock Central Europen Time - Server Lawine

*Wednesday 28, November at 16:00 Central European Time - Server Matterhorn

In the English servers, the meetups are:

Dadffodaily5 from the Club Penguin Team has made a new post on the Club Penguin, published Elite Fashions show. I spotted StarPuffle00 as I was waddling around, and I thought her outfit was brill! She's looking super smart in her EPF Suit, kitted out with the latest gadgets. Spike Hike (the new moderator) has logged on at his party Spike Saturday meetup in just a few minutes. He is meeting us at 3:00PM PST at server Fog. He didn't say what room will be, but we know he will be around  the Club Penguin world.

No rooms is given but he will be in around the Ski Village and Paradise room like everytime. If you live in the Europe add three hours to the times, if you live in the United Kingdom add eight hours.
